Ken has incorporated the traditional Chinese cooking techniques in order to create an exotic menu to customers based on his Asian background.
“I wish everyone can enjoy quality food at affordable prices,” said Ken, the owner and head chef of The Bell Brasserie in Campbelltown RSL. Ken’s career as a caterer professional has spanned over 20 years and reflects a diverse experience base.
