Meet Kit & Ken the talented team behind the Bell brasserie Apart from the conventional dishes, the bistro has introduced several signature Asian cuisines in the special menu, ranging from Chinese Prawn Dumplings, Thai-Style Red Curry and Tom Yum Prawns. Ken has incorporated the traditional Chinese cooking techniques in order to create an exotic menu to customers based on his Asian background.

“I wish everyone can enjoy quality food at affordable prices,” said Ken, the owner and head chef of The Bell Brasserie in Campbelltown RSL. Ken’s career as a caterer professional has spanned over 20 years and reflects a diverse experience base.
